I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location was perfect. It is situated on the outskirts of the complex, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I loved being able to stroll right onto the beach from the hotel. It was so convenient and allowed me to enjoy the beautiful views and take relaxing walks along the coast. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was a great perk for staying connected during my trip.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, the service, and the amenities were all amazing.

The pool, water slides and beach were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the tunisian food. Lots of relaxing. The shows at night were great and our whole family enjoyed it.
Yes, the snacks in the middle of the day that were free of charge would run out and definitely not enough for the all the guests at the hotel. Also the Tennis courts and mini golf need renovation and better upkeep. The website should be clear that the water slides cost money and are not part of the all inclusive package. Also that towels are not provided for the pool nor beach, and you must buy your own or bring your own.

Recommend this place to everyone. Short distance to Mosque Alrahma, just 1 km. It had a pool for guests. It was near Caribbean beach.

The all-inclusive service was fantastic! The staffs were very friendly and helpful! The beach and the pools were amazing! This was the best hotel I ever stayed in! The animation programs were also something special that I never saw before in any other hotel. The food was also really good and I was amazed that we could choose all the time from 40-60 or even more different food! Staying in this hotel for holiday was over the best dreams I could have about a holiday! My husband has the same viewpoint about our holiday in Caribbean World Borj Cedria.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, with the sheets and towels being changed daily. The hotel facilities, such as the water park, were enjoyable.
Could not be improved in any way.

I liked the pool area and the outside space, it's a good family hotel for people who just want to stay in a beachside without doing anything else, lots of outside areas.
The service at the reception was a full disaster, no informations what's so ever of anything for travellers. The reception manager should not be there, he does not has the capacity to run it.

The weather was great during our Christmas break and we were able to enjoy the beach and sea. Plus, the hotel offered a nice outdoor pool and plenty of sun loungers. We also appreciated the all-inclusive option as it allowed us to try different foods and drinks without worrying about paying. the hotel was located close to the airport which made our travel convenient.
The hotel lacked cleanliness and a general maintenance. We noticed that the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival and the bathroom had some mold and bad smells.

The rooms were kept very clean and we always had plenty of clean towels. The air conditioning worked efficiently and the room had a safe, which was very useful. The shops and bank located nearby were convenient and reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was varied and plentiful, and the chefs worked hard to provide a variety of options. The beach activities for children were enjoyable and there was a guard to keep vendors from bothering tourists. these factors made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The bar staff were not friendly and often gave less than full measures for drinks. It was also difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool after a certain time, as many beds were reserved with towels and remained unused for hours.
